How soon can you install a new connection?
In most of our buildings, the same day — sign up in the morning and you are usually online by evening. Keep an ID and address proof handy for activation.
Is the data really unlimited, or is there a fair-usage limit (FUP)?
It is genuinely unlimited. There is no fair-usage limit and no speed cut after a certain amount of data, unlike most telco fiber plans. The speed you pay for is what you get all month.
Which areas do you cover?
We focus on Powai and Ghatkopar — pincodes 400076 (Powai, Hiranandani Gardens), 400072 (Chandivali, Saki Naka), 400077 (Ghatkopar East) and 400083 (Vikhroli) — across 500+ societies. Send us your building name and we will confirm.
How is Smartlink different from Jio Fiber or Airtel Fiber?
We are a local ISP that has run fiber in these neighbourhoods since 2009. There are no fair-usage slowdowns, installation is usually same-day, and support comes from a local team that knows your building rather than a national call centre.
What OTT apps and TV channels do I get?
Lite includes 20 OTT apps such as SonyLIV and Discovery+. Prime adds Zee5. Max adds Amazon Prime Video, Lionsgate Play and Stage. Add IPTV for up to 506 live TV channels alongside the apps.
What do the plans cost?
Internet-only starts at Rs 499 a month. Bundles with OTT and IPTV cost more depending on speed. You can pay monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, and a yearly plan includes two months free. Prices are before 18% GST.
Can I shift my connection if I move?
If you are moving within our coverage area, we can usually relocate your connection — just give us a couple of days notice with the new address.
How can I pay?
Pay online by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking, on whichever billing cycle you choose.
How do I reach support?
